That is why we offer you our Managed Servers solution – we pledge to maintain a complete backup of your VPS web hosting plan, not only of your sites and hosted content, but also all the custom settings that you have created. Our backup scripts run each and every week, saving all the modifications that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Web Hosting Plan, you will have full freedom to install any script or service on your server. Still, a part of the scripts are harder to run and may require some additional setup from you. That’s where our Managed Servers package will come in real handy. It features 30 minutes of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – which means you will be able to literally hire one of our experienced server administrators for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of app that you desire. Or have him take care of a trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Web Hosting Plans and it is an optional feature for the KVM VPS Web Hosting Plans.
